Will embroidery vary?
Slight variation is expected in detailed and hand-finished work. Placement and colour direction remain consistent with the product shown.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces are normally prepared within 2 to 4 business days. A longer lead time will be shown for made-to-order pieces.
Can I change my order?
Contact us quickly. We can usually help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered packing or left us.
Do you deliver internationally?
Available destinations and delivery rates appear at checkout. Duties may be charged by the destination country.
Can I return a piece?
Eligible pieces can be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. They must remain unworn, unwashed, and tagged.
How should I wash NSBIU knitwear?
Follow the garment label. For hand-washable pieces, use cool water, mild detergent, gentle handling, and flat drying.
