Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph each garment accurately. Colour can vary between screens, and handmade embroidery may have small variations that are part of the piece.
Measurements are approximate and availability can change without notice.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price or description is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the order total before payment.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet them, but delays can occur outside our control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
Returns
Returns are handled under the return information shown at the time of purchase. Eligible pieces should be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The NSBIU name, logo, photographs, copy, garment designs, and embroidery artwork are owned by or licensed to NSBIU. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NSBIU is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or a delay outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the store, our services, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always appear on this page.
