Preparing your order
In-stock pieces are normally prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Made-to-order or limited pieces may need longer, and their timing will be noted on the product page.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once the parcel leaves us.
Delivery in Thailand
Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Complimentary delivery is available on Thailand orders over ฿4,000.
International delivery
Available destinations, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout. International delivery usually takes 5 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duty, tax, or handling charges collected by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states that duties are included.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We can change it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee a redirect once a parcel is with the carrier.
Delays or missing parcels
If tracking has not moved or a parcel is late, email [email protected] with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
